I'm currently a People Research Scientist at Facebook, where I apply my quantitative and qualitative research skills to optimize the recruiting and hiring process.
I earned my PhD in Human Cognition and Development from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017.
My PhD research centered on how stereotypes shape decision-making. During my PhD, I was trained in advanced statistical methods such as multilevel modeling and causal inference for observational data, and I also designed and analyzed experiments. I also trained in qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews and participant observation.
